It always comes down to the value you perceive in a product. The entire discussion about Windows vs Mac OS, or PC vs Mac is completely pointless. The only thing every customer should do, is to get to know the advantages and disadvantages about the product. If the author couldn't find more advantages in a Mac, then the doubled price is worthless for him. I, however, can find a lot of value in Macs and I don't perceive Macs as overpriced.
