I think that's significantly different than, say, living in California where you may originally be from some other state that's as distant as you are from Moscow or Madrid, and not have as many friends and family... That's probably right, at least to some degree. In any case, California is certainly a big marked, so even if you can only target a small percentage it could still be a viable business.
