It looks like they are selling genuine Apple products. So the only thing this store is guilty of is using the "Apple Store" name without permission. There is nothing illegal about running a store that sells only Apple products, and decorating it in a matching way. It is quite common in China to see small stores that sell only Lenovo, only Dell or only Sony products, and they are not usually run by the brands.

My girlfriend worked for Best Buy, and if they sold certain items before the release date, Apple could have fined them or pulled all of their items from the store.
- sbierwagen 15y agoIt looks like they are selling genuine Apple products. Oh please. What evidence are you basing this judgement on, the blurry cameraphone pictures from this blog post? Magic? Intuition that of course a counterfeit store, operated by a third party, will only carry genuine items?
- geon 15y agoActually, what would a counterfeit macbook look like? An amumimum colored generic laptop running XP with some OS X theme? I have seen videos of (very obviously) fake iPhones, where they look pretty real until you start using it. Would they actually sell anything if all they had was obviously fake crap?
