I got one of these a few years ago for 30$ because they were 'hip' in the lo-fi music community. Unfortunately it stopped working and sits in my closet now. I was going to get another one, but now they're even more hip and even more expensive. This piece is a perfect little insight into how memetic the used gear market is, IMO.
