This is a false dichotomy. Ivermectin doesn't solve the problem. Ivermectin is in widespread use, it didn't solve the problem anywhere. Maybe it's 50% effective

This is a false dichotomy. Ivermectin doesn't solve the problem. Ivermectin is in widespread use, it didn't solve the problem anywhere. Maybe it's 50% effective, which would be a great result for a drug - it still wouldn't solve the problem.
