FAA warns SpaceX that Starship launch tower in Texas is unapproved
- PaulHoule 5y agoNote even if what you're doing has nothing to do with flying, the FAA has some jurisdiction over towers taller than 200 feet: https://www.flashtechnology.com/faa-lighting-requirements/ https://www.flashtechnology.com/faa-lighting-requirements/ The rules are stricter than that if you are close to an airport (and presumably a spaceport.)
