If they're not happy about it then why did they do that?

  They’re not happy they were SHOWN to be an echo chamber amplification. So, they made the authors take it out, then they could re-bury their heads in the sand and keep making all that sweet money from amplifying the echo chamber so well.

    What I am gathering here is that they are not happy their algorithm appears to be politically impartial. Math equations and Computer algorithms don’t care about whatever BS propaganda is most popular unless they utilize ML models that become somehow trained only on that data. One of the reasons I love computers is they are pure of all emotion and bias. Code is code. It is whatever you make it to be. People have been saying facial recognition is biased but that’s only because the data being fed into the training models is unbalanced, aside from underdeveloped color/geometry analysis and extraction libraries. The point is code does not care about politics. If it appears to it’s because the code authors do not truly understand either what they created or the type of data they are feeding into the system.
