I'd be rather wary of using any small time online casino. Apart from people simply skimming the numbers, there's tonnes of issues behind reliable random number generation and shuffling. Real casinos & lotteries screw this up all the time (http://www.wired.com/magazine/2011/01/ff_lottery/all/1 http://www.wired.com/magazine/2011/01/ff_lottery/all/1) with people who (in theory) should be good at this.
