Why cars are driving inflation
- h2odragon 5y agoOlder cars without screens required by regulations are going to be a good investment for a while. Mid 90's hit the sweet spot for reliability, repair ability, and simplicity for several makes, usually at the lower end of their lines. My mechanic buddy (who specializes in things like mud trucks and dragster rebuilds) has had a lot more business recently in repairs to those era of cars that wouldn't have been thought viable last year; things like engine and transmission swaps.
