what does your b2b contract state? annual terms?

  I think we only have Terms of Service which are being analyzed by our lawyer. We are self-served customers, so there was no separate agreement. EDIT: It mentions they can charge us Over-Quota Fees when we exceed the quota, but does not say how much that can be.

    so this sounds like they are fully in the right here (ethics and pricing aside) - you have no formal contract or locked in pricing, and can be dropped or changed basically month to month.
