- phendrenad2 5y agoHard to tell what's going on in scientific terms from a pop article like this. It seems like they intentionally compressed some coil using a huge amount of energy, with nothing to stop the compressed metal from being thrown outward again. No such thing as a "magnetic explosion" (right?)
