How America fell out of love with Europe

2021 Military strength rating https://www.globalfirepower.com/countries-listing.php https://www.globalfirepower.com/countries-listing.php France is 7th, Italy 12, Germany 15. Unfortunately not able to find a combined rating for the EU yet. A guess would be around 5. Which admittedly is not that great given the size and wealth. I personally would like to see it at 4.

Europe not only lacks military power, but also ability to reach consensus to use its military.

I think Russia is overrated. They certainly are high on the aggressive level, but that doesn't make them stronger when push comes to shove.
