As a counterpoint, I think burnout can contributed to by overly granular task breakdowns that remove individual developer creativity and autonomy.
- kube-system 5y agoI definitely agree with that too -- task breakdowns should be of a high level process -- they shouldn't prescribe or presume anything about the solution.
