- PaulHoule 5y agoIt's the missing "layer 6" from the OSI model. You could show people an answer and they wouldn't recognize or accept it. To this day people think the "Semantic Web" is an attempt to torture people to write documents in a particular standard while it is really an algebra for data integration. (An algebra that is half complete, that can't convert inches to meters, because people got "standards fatigue" and walked away too soon.)
