There is no need to build - it's already build on the gov handout. One has to put a regulation on a price, and not in a way CRTC does.
- voisin 5y agoThis is a key point often ignored. Throughout the last six months or so of the pandemic they’re have been a huge number of headlines about the telecoms expanding coverage to rural areas in partnership with the government. The pandemic has shown the gap in service and the government is now paying to close that gap, and the telecoms are reaping the rewards.
