I've been working remotely since 2012 and am 99% satisfied with my setup. Having said that, I do have something to add to the list: since going fully-remote the amount of after-hours social time with colleagues has dropped categorically. This is not entirely a bad thing, of course, but it has resulted in fewer chips and salsa/queso sessions (and that is a pain).
