Profit Vesting Not Equity Vesting

Heaven forfend someone reap a benefit tomorrow from their work today... in a capitalist system.... where the investors (YCombinator et al) will be doing precisely that. Remember- profits are an opinion! So whoever controls how capital gets reinvested controls the bonus. Or excuse me, “vesting”.
