A lot of times, people ask questions before they even know what they are trying to accomplish. Give them 5 minutes, and they may solve their own problem, which is a win-win.
- woutr_be 5y agoI often face the same problem. Sometimes I just don’t really know what to look for or how to search, asking for help through email / IM often helps, because I need to explain the issue to someone else, and articulate what is expected. It just helps me rephrase my internal thought process, and take a step back.
