- CogitoCogito 5y agoAt a minimum they should do that, but that's honestly not good enough. They could decide not to sue a user of copilot if it produced MS code regardless of whether copilot produces infringing code in general. An indemnification for the customer in case of third-parties suing them over code produced by copilot is honestly the only way I could take Microsoft's position seriously.
