This article is about Rust. Could that be added to the title?

  My comment got down-voted. Sometimes, it happens. But the current title in isolation suggests an important and wide ranging topic. The article which some nice ideas is only applicable to Rust, but does not really deal with other issues about I/O safety and speed. That's why I made a modest proposal to add Rust to the title, this article is not really interesting for people who are not interested in Rust (I am interested, but many readers are probably not).
