This article is low on information. Reads almost like propaganda to me. I would expect a serious article about this topic to shed light on the practical usefulness of the armory. It more of less just name drops a few fancy material that are used.
- JoeyBananas 5y agoThey do actually answer the question in the title: it's because the armor is modular. You can wear just the kevlar or add the ceramic plates to get level III protection.
