Meanwhile interns and junior developers apparently have to handle the bulk of hiring and job interview work. No wonder people complain about the quality of job interviews.
- usaar333 5y agoWasn't true at all in my days at Dropbox. Seniors not only were interviewing; they were building the interview process.
- effingwewt 5y agoThat seems so weird and makes sense at the same time. As in, why would they force juniors into that, and now I understand why some interviews make no freaking sense whatsoever, or the offer is way outside the scope of the position interviewed for.
