If the customer is willing to take the risk, and the repair shop takes on liability, why would Tesla care? Brand image? This is already negatively affecting their brand image (for me).
- rurounijones 5y agoBecause Tesla owns the car (It is a leased car) and want it fixed according to the manufacturer's specifications (which happens to be them). It is not an unreasonable request. However I completely understand the complaints people are making about repairability and insurance shennanigans etc.
