How Billionaire Rebekah Neumann Put the Woo-Woo in WeWork
- chrisaycock 5y ago> Rebekah believed so strongly in her husband’s vision that she took a big bet: financing WeWork’s first location using some of the $1 million that her parents had given the couple as a wedding gift. > Rebekah tried to downplay her comfortable upbringing, saying she grew up “off a dirt road in, like, a tree house.”
- failwhaleshark 5y agoI don't know them but someone shouldn't lie about their bio if that were the case. But maybe it was a fancy place off a dirt road? There's plenty of those in Saratoga and Los Gatos, CA. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The onus is on the individual's morals and ethics. It's easier to make money when you already have it, but it's not always easy to keep it if you don't value it or know how to make it in the first place. They did grow to rival Regus. Although globally-ubiquitous, Regus failed to market and brand themselves properly to anyone under 45 or anyone without a briefcase.
