Looking down the list I started assigning R's and D's to the points and...it's about equal. Does this mean both parties are inching towards fascism, or does one party need to have more points than the other?
- garyfirestorm 5y agoMaybe it’s our biases but I happened to assign more points to R’s. I felt D’s didn’t get enough to be fascists. Also this isn’t about any party - I think the test should be of the country at the moment.

He's a former Xerox executive who wrote a thriller..."). I think "authoritarianism" and "totalitarianism" are terms used nowadays to generalize the bad bits of "fascism" in a way that can apply to both the left and the right.
