More than 8% of American adults are millionaires
- was_a_dev 5y agoHe found that around 97% of millionaires surveyed believed they were in control of their own destiny. Isn't this just a survivor bias, mixed in with the belief one own success is purely due to ones own actions.

- trompetenaccoun 5y agoIt's not the 1920s anymore. If the media wants to use millionaire in the sense of meaning "rich people", the better add another 0 to that and look at 'decamillionaires', or which ever term they want to use. A million doesn't even buy a house anymore in many cities.
