I realize making over 500k on property does not put you in Zuck level wealth but we shouldn't pretend like this is representative of the median person. This is still only going to effect the top 10% of individuals, at most. There will be some trickle down effects. I acknowledge that. But hard to see how these won't be counteracted overall by the extra distributed money on the other side.
