Current Theories of Obesity Are Inadequate
- nibsfive 5y agoNutrient density. Organisms will consume as much nutrient sources as needed to meet micronutrient requirements. If food gets less micro dense, as it has, our bodies are compelled to eat more until our needs are met.
- kensai 5y agoI have found that the most efficient way to fight my personal urge to eat is to combine high fiber foods with lots lots of water. It's the only way I feel saturated and full.
