Does opening windows help at all? If so, might be the air in your home also contributing

  Quite possibly. There were some contributing factors (massive change in senior leadership, followed by an immediate re-org that stretched out over months where a majority of staff didn't know their roles) that make it hard to put my thumb on any one contributing factor. But a small environment, with no long-term goals + the sheer terror of a pandemic and unstable government fed by the media machine...isn't healthy.
