Contrasted against neighbours Jordan and Saudi Arabia which show much more consistent declines and are now both down to aobout 2.3.

It rose for a few years, and has been declining again for years. Why do you keep misrepresenting this? That you tried to make this about Islam, and now use Saudi Arabia and Jordan as comparison is just bizarre.
