Just FYI, since the author got close (Apple Pay and Apple Pay Cash), but didn't directly touch on this: For those who've signed up for Apple Card, currently Goldman Sachs (the bank that issues the Apple Card) does not permit moving cards from one Apple ID to another. The only way to "move" is to close the first card and reapply on the other ID, which is not a guaranteed approval.
