I don't really see the reason to be so aggressive in gate-keeping. It broke 120 three years in a row ('93-'95). It doesn't technically mean "all the time", but if you were born in say '89, 3 years in a row could be half your life at that point. And those kinds of early memories/conclusions are the ones you carry with you well into later in life.
