- esperent 5y agoIt's a extremely crass act so I'd say that crass phrasing is apt.

There's been a case in and out of the news for the last decade or so(?) of one specific practicioner knowingly giving something like over 100 kids a pretty serious infection/STD. Shouldn't be hard to find on the googler.
