That's from 2009, and pops up a notice:

The current version does contain show a "CLOSED" state with value 3.
- johnnyApplePRNG 5y agoHad javascript disabled so I didn't see that popup. What a shame on a site that documents html! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
