Still waiting for the day when USA brewers master Pilsner. It's my favorite beer for hot weather. The European versions are light and crisp without being bland.

Still waiting for the day when USA brewers master Pilsner. It's my favorite beer for hot weather. The European versions are light and crisp without being bland. All the American ones I've tried have too thick of a body, not enough hops/brightness, or both.
