This ignores the post employment situation. You don’t have those obligations after you leave the company.
- Spoom 5y agoI suppose it doesn't say that the obligations survive termination of employment. But the perpetual license certainly does, and if you have a family etc., you're not likely to quit your main source of income to go all in on your personal game.
