I would do this as a “Sales Engineer”. Not interviews but as sales support to handle any technical questions and win over our client’s internal devs. We didn’t outsource, but it’s really just sales. I actually think it’s essential in medium+ size companies. The authenticity of having a highly technical person in sales works wonders.
