They get comission when the job is filled by a candidate they supplied, not just for sending someone to an interview.
- OJFord 5y agoThe article says otherwise, and that they gave a cut of their commission to the company supplying the fake candidate.
- celticninja 5y agoIt may have been the case for some segment of the market one time, it is not the case now and I have never know it to be. So I'm not saying they were lying to him but given their ethics this is entirely possible.
