Ask HN: Inline Code for HN Comments?
I know HN tech moves slow on purpose. But this feature (enclosing inline code in backticks) feels like a net positive on other platforms like github and slack. I also mean nothing fancy, maybe just adding a darker background for inline code with some simple stupid css?

- readonthegoapp 5y agoI would guess we don't see as much code because it's impossible to remember the formatting rules for the once every two months you need it.
