I mean, that is how it already works in the workplace. More senior positions are better compensated, including perks. I personally think individuals should have the choice to work locally or remotely, if it doesn't considerably impact their work (ie a job that doesn't require a lot of face to face time), but the idea that more senior people get better options really doesn't need to be justified as a deviation from the norm.
