Hybrid working seems like the worst of both worlds. You get to need a working space in your home, so you need a bigger apartment if you're not single and especially if you have kids, and you can't just move to a lower COL suburb or exurb because you still need to commute half the time. Sounds horrible. My preference? Either full remote or nothing.
