What you are describing is ionizing radiation, which RF and microwave is not.
- LinAGKar 5y agoNot really. Ionizing radiation can knock electrons out of atoms. This sounds like knocking atoms out of molecules. But the wavelength these radio waves is several cm, so it's dubious that they would affect individual atoms, or even individual cells.
