It's not that I don't want to believe it. It's that I don't care. The cell phone is here to stay (relatively, pending whatever changes future technology brings). It's part of what makes modern life so exciting and worthwhile. Just like I risk riding in cars, eat charbroiled meat, and jump out of airplanes. Statistically I'm going to live to somewhere between 80-100. That's fine. I want to enjoy living up until them.
