It's amazing how much better these tools could be.
For instance you would think they'd make finding the correct entrance for deliveries easier, because a failure or delay there results in failed deliveries but they just let it carry on going wrong randomly, without making simple adjustments to guide new agents. This means as a customer that you can have food delivered fine for a while and then suddenly have a failure as an agent drives round and round your building looking for the right entrance.
GPS is often only an approximation for the needs here and many of the drivers cannot read English well (or prefer not to until it's too late!)
I ended up banning one such company after their agent took two orders for the same (large) estate to one side of the estate (where the other customer lived) and then denied that it hadn't been delivered incorrectly. In a somewhat farcical manner, despite the track record of many hundreds of pounds spent with them and even seeing that the postcodes did not match between the order and the delivered location given in the receipt, they said that "too many refunds had been requested in that area", and ignored the concept that it wasn't an optional refund (ie goodwill) but a complete failure to fulfill the contract.
After a lot of time-wasting by them, my bank agreed it was a broken contract and did a charge back. They are now a customer down for something fairly easy to get right, with the permanent loss of that income stream.
It wasn't worth it on a financial/time basis for me, but out of principal I wasn't going to let them get away with it.
