- cmehdy 5y agoIf that helps, here's a global overview: https://www.wikiwand.com/en/Anti-mask_law https://www.wikiwand.com/en/Anti-mask_law A lot of the "rich" world had anti-mask legislation, and failing the presence of legislation a willingness to put pressure on their citizens to be "identifiable" in public at all times (where I am in Quebec some attempts being repelled were still news as of 2017 iirc)
