Entrepreneurship to Fight Depression, Anxiety, and Finding Happiness in Life
Happiness is a myth, it's an artificial high invented by marketers the world over to convince us to buy things with don't need, with money we don't have, to impress people we don't like (who don't like us back).
Satisfaction is where it's at!
Satisfaction from creating something, bringing something into the world that didn't exist before; extra points if commercially validated.
In a way I am talking about what's after what comes next, art therapy on steroids.
One could start with "tiny projects", something that leverages someone's existing skills, and with s modest investment of time and money, becomes a MVP, to be unleashed out there in the world. Collect satisfaction points, and move onto the next tiny project * 1.01.
Iterate.
Along the one we can learn how to welcome and enjoy the "F-word": Failure.
Failure: when a project doesn't pan out as intended.
It's only by welcoming Failure, fast and often failure, and enjoying the process of creation, that we can jump from project to project to eventually land onto our own personal Unicorn, that project that catches on like wildfire.
A life well lived is the summation of the hard work, and satisfaction from creation; it's the cure of a life of quiet desperation and regret of what could have been.
