If you don't mind a personal advice, keep the following in mind: that there's no point in even a well paid job if you're going to spend the entire paycheck (or even more) on meds/healthcare. High pressure jobs ALWAYS leave a mark on you, always affect you (even if you're not at work). People tend to ignore this when they're young, I did as well, and I very much regret doing so.
