So the police are filling a trailer with consoles as a pr move for kids. Who knows they might even recruit a couple to go into explore scout program or something. And and an angry wokester decides to write a ACAB rant disliking this in Gizmodo.
Police are not the best solution, but when the alternative is the CHOP and gangland-style “justice” I’ll go with police 100% off the time.

Are there really only two options available? I definitely dislike the latter. But luring kids with videogames to collect DNA doesnt sound great either. Not to mention, how safe is it for the kids to be turned into informants?

We need to enforce the law and prevent violent criminals first and foremost while also exercising some modicum of restraint against non-violent drug users and others that are not directly endangering others. Letting a bunch of kids from the ‘burbs play Marxist revolutionary while not responding to police was stupid. I don’t really buy the police brutality narrative pushed by the media either. Yes there have been some about of isolated incidents but crime has gone down as a hole and encouraging people to hate the police will just cause more problems.
