Schools Use Software That Blocks LGBTQ+ Content, but Not White Supremacists
- jjeaff 5y agoI think this is just looking for controversy. Obviously, the filters are trying to filter out porn. They probably aren't setup to filter hate speech. It makes total sense that phrases like gay, lesbian, etc that refer to and describe sexuality are going to get frequently filtered out by an algorithm looking for sexual content. I'm sure their algorithm needs a lot of improvement. But the comparison between white supremecy sites and LGBT sites is moot.
