  So do I, but I've known of a case in the family where the 11 year old kid was left with his phone in such a way that he got into the habit of watching YouTube even after 11 pm on schooldays. He could have had an opportunity of enjoying a good education, but his abuse of his phone and the family's iPad left him with bad grades. So bad, that going to university was no longer an option. There are many career paths in Germany, so one could think that this might not really be an issue, but he also started messing up the alternatives. Now with Corona he is in a full limbo. And this is only close family, I wouldn't be surprised if this is a more widespread issue, so I do appreciate if methods are sought after to avoid these kind of unnecessary problems, which are just a manifestation of bad parenting, but having a camera with an AI behind it watching your every step or possibly listening into your daily life feels like the wrong approach. It is scary.
